My server was friendly, attentive and always filled my drinks up right as they were empty. Our food came out steaming hot and fresh. Every time I've been here, the staff go above and beyond. One time, several years ago, I spilled my drink all over myself by accident, they replaced my food, and my cup. The server had a sense of humor and gave me a takeaway cup with the lid taped down. I thought that was hilarious and well worth the cash tip I gave on top of the card gratuity. I've not tried the bar drinks yet as I'm usually the driver, but I look forward to it sometime.
I love the food. Stopped here when in Waco on business for lunch. very short staffed but everyone was doing an amazing job. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything tasted fresh and good. Highly recommend. Will come back here next time in town. Loves the chips and quest.
The waiter was an absolute delight! Very on top of things, and super sweet. The food was done perfectly and was very delicious!
Do not come into this restaurant with preconceived notions of what your “Tex-Mex” should taste like. I’m guilty as charged! My wife and I shared some Barbacoa tacos. Tasted like no other Barbacoa I’ve eaten. Started to fuss before my wife told me to dip my taco into the provided sauce.... After that, comparison no longer mattered! Stand-alone bliss. My Beef Chimichanga, once again, defied comparison so much that my wife was swiping bites off of my plate. Loved the rice and beans, too. And yes, huge and tasty chips, but their salsa was the only fault I could scrutinize( though my wife loves it ). If you come in with no pre notions of what to expect, you’ll leave full and happy.
Really enjoyed our dinner here. The waitress Katie did an amazing job. She was very attentive to our needs. The manager was also great. I had just put on my glasses to look for the restroom and she said sir the rest room is right past the the big painting on the wall. The food was hot, correct the first time and drinks were really good. First time here in a while but will definitely frequent here for dinner.
Angel was awesome! We loved her. She was amazing at prebussing the table, refills without having to ask, and napkins appeared on the table without having to ask. The only not so great experience was my husband's food didn't come out till everyone else was finished. So either it was a missed items by the cooks or she forgot to put his food in. He ordered chicken fajitas.
I ordered man v fries last night and my order wasn’t made right the first time so I called them and the manager was extremely nice and apologetic. He said he would personally remake my order and when I got there he even threw in a free order of fried Oreos. Everyone there was so nice and sweet. If you have the chance to go there I highly recommend this restaurant. Man v fries is a third party but on the border has excellent food and an outstanding staff.
My wife and I haven't been there in years. The staff was extremely pleasant and on game. They were minutes away from the graduation rush, but that didn't sway them as they were readying for what was coming.
